Washing & Care Instructions
First Wash: Dry clean recommended or hand wash separately in cold water with a splash of white vinegar to set the natural dyes.
Regular Care: Gentle hand wash or low-spin delicate machine wash using a mild, pH-neutral liquid detergent.
Drying: Line dry in shade. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
Ironing: Iron on medium to high heat on the reverse side while slightly damp for best results.

Do Not: Do not bleach, soak for prolonged periods, or tumble dry.

2. Exchange-Only Policy (Strict Exceptions)

Exchanges are permitted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to the following criteria:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: Must be a clear, uncut, unedited continuous video starting from the sealed package/shipping label to the revealed defect. Videos recorded after opening or showing pauses will be rejected.
  • 48-Hour Deadline: You must report the issue within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. Late requests will not be entertained.

3. How to Request an Exchange

  • Attachments: Uncut unboxing video + high-resolution photos of the defect.

4. Exchange Processing

  • Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  • Once approved, a replacement will be shipped.
