1. Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a notification with your tracking details.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We ship across India through reliable third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Towns): 5 to 7 business days.

Remote Areas/North-East: 7 to 10 business days.
Please note: Delivery timelines are approximate. Delays may occasionally occur due to logistics disruptions, extreme weather, or festive peak seasons.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, a tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered email address and mobile number. You can use this link to monitor the real-time movement of your shipment.
5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

We ensure secure packing so that your outfit reaches you in perfect condition.

Important: If you notice that the outer shipping package is severely damaged, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

If you accept the package, please ensure you record the mandatory continuous unboxing video from start to finish, as mentioned in our Exchange Policy, to claim any transit damage support.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address, including the correct Pincode and a functional mobile number.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, locked premises, or refusal to accept the parcel, the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).

In such cases, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the order to you.
