Return and Exchange Policy

Welcome to Aashiva. We take immense pride in offering premium quality women's ethnic wear. Each piece undergoes a strict quality check before being dispatched to ensure you receive the best.

Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase:

1. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer any cash, bank, or store-credit refunds under any circumstances. We request you to kindly check our size chart and product details thoroughly before placing an order.

2. Exchange-Only Policy (Strict Exceptions)

We do not offer refunds, but we do provide a Product Exchange exclusively in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must strictly fulfill the following conditions:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a clear, continuous, and uncut unboxing video starting from showing the sealed package/shipping label to opening the parcel and highlighting the defect or damage. Videos that are edited, paused, or recorded after the package has already been opened will not be accepted.
2-Day Window: The exchange request along with the unboxing video must be shared with us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product. Requests received after 2 days of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.

3. How to Request an Exchange

If you have received a damaged or wrong product and meet the criteria above, please follow these steps:

Email us at aashiva.fashion@gmail.com.
Use the Subject Line: Exchange Request - [Your Order ID].
Attach the complete, uncut unboxing video and high-resolution images of the defect.

4. Exchange Processing

Once we receive your email, our quality assessment team will review the unboxing video within 3-5 business days.

If approved, we will arrange for the replacement product to be shipped out to you.
In case the exact same item/size is out of stock, you will be given the option to choose another product of the same value.
