While we strive to ensure timely dispatch, delivery timelines are dependent on third-party courier services. Aashiva is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or unexpected transit disruptions.

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier partner, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
5. Strict Exchange Policy (No Refunds / No Returns)
By placing an order on our website, you explicitly agree to our exchange policy:

All Sales Are Final: We do not offer any cash, bank, or store-credit refunds or returns under any circumstances.

Exchange Exceptions: Product exchange is strictly permitted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim an exchange, you must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video (showing the sealed package label to the damage clearly) via email to aashiva.fashion@gmail.com within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the delivery. Requests without a valid video or sent after 2 days will be rejected automatically.
