We specialize in women's ethnic wear. We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be completely accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely dispatch, delivery timelines are dependent on third-party courier services. Aashiva is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or unexpected transit disruptions.
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier partner, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

5. Strict Exchange Policy (No Refunds / No Returns)

By placing an order on our website, you explicitly agree to our exchange policy:

All Sales Are Final: We do not offer any cash, bank, or store-credit refunds or returns under any circumstances.
Exchange Exceptions: Product exchange is strictly permitted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim an exchange, you must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video (showing the sealed package label to the damage clearly) via email to aashiva.fashion@gmail.com within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the delivery. Requests without a valid video or sent after 2 days will be rejected automatically.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Aashiva and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Governing Law
