1. Orders & Products

  • What types of products do you offer? We specialize in premium women's ethnic wear and traditional accessories. Our collection includes exquisite handmade sarees, elegant kurtis, stunning lehengas, and curated lifestyle accessories.

  • How do I choose the correct size? We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We highly recommend measuring yourself and comparing it with our chart before placing an order to get the perfect fit.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? You can request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Processing/Dispatch: 1 to 3 business days.

    • Delivery: Metro cities take about 3-5 days, while Tier 2/3 cities and rest of India take 5-7 business days.

  • Do you offer tracking for shipments? Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number.

  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned as we plan to expand globally soon!

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return and refund policy? We follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds in cash, bank, or store credit under any circumstances.

  • Can I exchange a product? Yes, product exchange is strictly allowed only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • What is the requirement to claim an exchange? To be eligible for an exchange, you must email a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video to aashiva.fashion@gmail.com within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. The video must start from the sealed package showing the shipping label and continue until the defect is clearly highlighted. Requests without a valid unboxing video or sent after 2 days will not be accepted.

4. Payments & Customer Support

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets through our secure payment gateway.

  • How can I contact you if I have a problem? You can write to us directly at aashiva.fashion@gmail.com. Our support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We try our best to respond within 24-48 hours.
