2. Exchange-Only Policy (Strict Exceptions)

Exchanges are permitted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to the following criteria:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: Must be a clear, uncut, unedited continuous video starting from the sealed package/shipping label to the revealed defect. Videos recorded after opening or showing pauses will be rejected.
  • 48-Hour Deadline: You must report the issue within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. Late requests will not be entertained.
