Our team strives to present the authentic colors and intricate embroidery details of our garments. However, minor color variations may occur due to studio light reflections on metallic Zardozi threads, natural dye variances, or screen settings on different computers and mobile devices.

 

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final. No cash, bank, or store-credit refunds are provided under any circumstances.
  • Please review the size chart and product details carefully before ordering.

2. Exchange-Only Policy (Strict Exceptions)

Exchanges are permitted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to the following criteria:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: Must be a clear, uncut, unedited continuous video starting from the sealed package/shipping label to the revealed defect. Videos recorded after opening or showing pauses will be rejected.
  • 48-Hour Deadline: You must report the issue within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. Late requests will not be entertained.

3. How to Request an Exchange

  • Attachments: Uncut unboxing video + high-resolution photos of the defect.

4. Exchange Processing

  • Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
